It’s astonishing that Joe (or anyone) could listen to this and not become a Bitcoiner. Plus, Joe had Andreas on *multiple times*. A shame that Andreas became a shitcoiner too. At least we have these memories.

He did? (become a shitcoiner) I've been wondering what happened to him. He seemed to get it on a very deep level and was even able to put into words the economic future he pictured. Streaming sats and all that. But then completely disappeared from my radar.
He wrote a book called Mastering Ethereum. Multicoinism now. Covid and vaxx hysteria broke him too. He never seemed to put the time into Austrian economics, that was his weak point. Too much focus on tech™️.
Shame. Maybe bitcoin will make him come around. Or Vitalik even. Or the books that keep popping up lately. The genesis Book and Broken Money, etc.
He never changed his position on bitcoin though, he's always been pro-bitcoin.

I believe he has a PhD from the London School of Economics In cryptography and distributed systems. I bet he's thinking a few steps ahead of you and i say that with respect and as a Maximalist.
A lot of future innovation for layer two's and three's will most likely come from shitcoinery and settle on the BTC Chain.
