Well, try to declare your Bitcoins as stolen or lost, and then continue to use them. Everybody is brave and fearless, until the police (or finance investigative police) knocks on the door. They are specifically looking for these naive people to target.
Please lay out a realistic plan how to pull this thing off, without then being at risk to be endlessly harassed by the feds in the future?

Well, great plan 🤌 It's like saying, why not just win the lottery if you're broke. I know one can theoretically do lots and lots of stuff, but when reality kicks in... the range of feasible options is just ..different.
That was my whole criticism about the boating PR-fairytale: Sounds so cool, but try that in real life without ending up with an unwanted time consuming fight that maybe never goes away 🤷
I do understand your point and it probably would be true for many cases. But maybe just take the boating accident for what it is.. a meme 🙂
