I focus on eating mainly carnivore mixed with keto. I like to eat eggs, some form of beef, bacon, aged cheese, plain Greek yogurt packed with protein (I will sweeten it with a tsp of unpasteurized raw organic honey and/or cinnamon), avocados, strawberries and blueberries. I will also add in these like mushrooms, onions, garlic, peppers, Brie cheese, butternut squash, sweet potatoes and potatoes on occasion but not often.
I usually workout in a fasted state in the mornings. Also adding Celtic salt or nano baja salt throughout the day (just a pinch on your tongue) helps along with lots of water and good quality rest.
