me too... I'm working on it but the difficulty is high since I need to update winit, android-activity, egui, etc. lots of open source libs involved to get keyboard working
yeah, i guess threading needs work too, but i just deal with it becuase threading in most clients needs work.

i also would like to expand images to full size or at least in a popup overlay toast type of modal? this should probably exist for videos too once they're properly displayed.

2. Relay based feed columns.
3. Kind 30000 list based feed columns, AND the ability to create such lists from within the client. Preferably with support for private lists. I like to have a list of folks I know are local to me, but I also don't want that information to be publicly available.
4. Support for multiple hashtags in a single feed column.
I am sure I can think of more as I play with #NoteDeck a bit longer.
Columns for NIP-51 lists and relay based columns would be very powerful indeed.
I mentioned to will about #4 in the past and he said he felt it should function like that too. So, maybe we'll get that soon.
I have really been enjoying popping over to jumble.social and viewing my WoT relay's feed. I have found new folks worth following that way. And now with Algo relays... It would be really nice to have.
nostrudel is underrated
I use Nostrudel daily on desktop. It's my #1 desktop client.
How long did it take you to master the interface?
It's quite "busy" for new users.
It is very busy. I didn't like it at first because of that, but I realized that I use many of the tools it offers. You just need to spend time with it maybe a week or so. I used to use Primal as my main desktop web, but as a power user, Nostrudel is great.

Primal is honestly a great application. They're adding Amber support for Android soon.
Hopefully they do it right with nip55 and not just bunkers like olas

Jumble was shilled earlier. I need more time with Nostros, but from what I have experienced this far, it's really great. I love the decks and image integrations. It's very early but odd to a great start.
Nosotros It had an update yesterday, small changes like scrolling through feedback while keeping images in blur for privacy, or choosing what kind of notes to see

I really like yakihonne and NEVER see anyone talk about it... I feel i might be missing something lol
Yakihonne is GREAT for user on-boarding. They have a build in NWC wallet that users can setup as part of the on-boarding process. They can then begin writing normal notes or long form content and being receiving and sending zaps immediately. Besides all of this, Yakihonne is probably one of the best designed Nostr applications ever. The UI and UX is fantastic all around. Smart Widgets are super fun too!

NWC makes all of this easier.
Yeah, I actually tried this client because I wanted to try NWC. And now I am not tied to one wallet-one client. Just bring my wallet to almost any client I use (Olas, YH, Wavlake..)
managed to save it from what it originally was which wad a dumb protocol that only supported paying invoices

i've partly written a protocol codec for it but wandered off to do something else... i don't think i completed the codec yet, but maybe quite close to done... after that was the integration to the relay
it will happen, probably, but i'm too focused on my paid gig fuzzy logic recomender and creating a simplified and better structured spec for #nostr that is codec agnostic and verifiable

Primal is a great app and is one of the go-to apps when on-boarding users due to the built in wallet. Many nostr apps have their own unique use cases where they truly shine. Not every app will be for everyone. And that is okay! Why? Nostr gives us choices. Choices for 8 billion people. Not all of us fit inside the same box.
