Anyone on a screen all day ever tried [BluBlockers](https://amzn.to/48HAari)? Wondering if they actually help.

I use apps that make the screen more warm, and turn the brightness down, with periodic standing breaks. Unless you need a gadget and want to look like Bono, there's other, easier ways.
I use the same apps and routines. Wife tells me (channeling Huberman, most likely) that the apps don't do the trick.
I remember the moment I first heard Achtung Baby after years of Joshua Tree on repeat.
I guess what I'm trying to say, really, if you think about it, is that YES I WANT TO LOOK LIKE BONO. 😂😎
