NDK Sqlite WASM cache adapter
* supports all the basics of an ndk cache adapter +
+ automatic unpublished event tracking
* optional decrypted event caching (so you don't need to bother your users with decrypting the same content over and over, particularly useful for NIP-60 wallets and encrypted bookmarks)
* automatically loads the required WASM
