i would use Nostr RS Relay.

I wrote this guide for nostr-rs-relay in 2023 but it's still basically the same. These days my public relay is strfry thou.

For self-hosting from your own hardware you might consider.

I would try dokploy. It's one command on new vps. After that you can install haven using docker-compose
