I used to look for the answers in the flames of the fire. Now I find them by sifting through the ashes.
But seriously, meditating on a fire is one of the most powerful ways of purging and resetting my mind, in my experience.

For me, when things are burning it's tough to see the "why". I find that once it's all burned down, I can go back and figure it out.
