Worried? I’ve been calling it for weeks

CME != coronal mass ejection?

there was one this morning though, but not very big, probably, but the pulse was enough to knock out some radio networks for an hour or so

Radiologist here: I’m currently stacking sats 😂😂

Do not appear to enhance, HU < 10? Cysts. If higher HU? Metastatic Cancer (colon?)

Looks too black around the kidney and portion of descending colon. Same with a small area anterior to the liver. Probably nothing?

My last CME I did snake bites.

Have a good day Dr Jeff.

Good observations.

Dx: (spoiler alert) Metastatic neuroendocrine neoplasm of the rectum.

🙏

I’m pretty left curve when it comes to reading films, but it’s awesome to see some #mednostr here 🙌

🫂

did someone say my name?

Be careful with using absolute numbers. Look at borders, enhancement, new? etc. example hydatid cysts can be low density but often show other suggestive findings - daughter cysts, etc.

and always beware of window/level. Rads can be tricky 😉

Doesn’t look good

Growing up I was told Dr never stop studying but in reality they are not the only ones.

Good professionals are always working on their profesional development.

In my opinion, no one should ever stop learning.

Not a bad way to stack looking at CT scans. Prefer to handle patients personally though.

Is that hepatomegaly? Wtf is that

Hahah, read below it's the colon. I'll leave medicine to you 😭

It's a beautiful baby boy, congratulations!

What’s that on the left doc?
