So do carbs, but as a society we eat MUCH more carbs than seed oils

The seed oils are the carbs you are talking about

Seed oils are fat, not carbs

Your missing the point I’m trying to make…

The seed oils are everything…

And yes fats make people fat lol

Fats don't make people fat. Excess calories do.

I've been mostly carnivore(eat bananas and lol bit of honey) and high fat for 2 years now, and am down to 10% body fat from 20.

Moderate eating and working out or at least being active is required in life.

That’s healthy fats…

Seed oils are not healthy fats…

You said fats...

Seed oils don't affect people in any way. That's a myth. My wife eats shitloads of seed oils. Healthy and thin as can be. She uses vegetable oil for everything.

Moderation of anything is key.

All diets can work, if done correctly. Whether carnivore, low calorie, vegan(tougher though), keto, low fat, etc...

People can eat McDonald's fries evryday for lunch along with a healthy ish dinner, and intermittent fast with it and will be completely healthy and normal.

Not exactly. The average American eats 80 grams of seed oils a day. That’s 720 calories or 1/3-1/4 of their calories. If you then break down the macro proportions with protein, animal fats, and carbs, then it’s by no means MUCH more carbs than seed oils. Not defending carbs.

You can't separate the two as most carbs are laden with seedoils these days.
