Damn how TF did you manage that XD I can't find anything that has a roof for less than 500k. Or is larger than the bed of a pickup truck for under $300k

Yep. People who got 30yr fixed rate mortgages in the rate dip between 2008 and 2021 are so much better off than people who bought later.
