I could give you multiple reasons to be both an advocate of sound money and a supporter of social welfare.
Here is one: I value universal healthcare. I like that everybody, no matter their income, has access to the same healthcare services. I live in a place where healthcare is excellent, and I do not feel robbed when paying my taxes.
I do believe that a transition to a Bitcoin standard would benefit both individuals and society.

Moreover, how do you think this all worked prior to state intervention in healthcare? I happen to know that in the early 1900s Americans worked 5 days per year on average to pay for healthcare, and now it is over 50.
Perhaps you are ignorant of the history of mutual aid societies, doctors providing free or discounted care to the indigent, and religious/charitable provision of care (notice how many hospitals are named "Saint so-and-so").
Perhaps your generous self could start a fund out of your own pocket, and invite those who wish to help to also donate their wealth.
Rather than wanting the gov't to steal wealth from others who may not hold the same beliefs.
