It seems I have a lingering sinus infection.
I was offered antibiotics, but I decided against taking them.
Since making a few adjustments to my diet recently, I feel like my gut flora has only just recovered.

I had something really bad that started about a month ago. Hacking up brown and green shit.
It’s still lingering, and the doc gave me a puffer to help me breathe a bit easier at night. The past 2 nights are the first 2 that I’ve slept right through in about a month.
Still have a slight cough with some clear phlegm. I’ve never in my entire life that I can remember anyways, had a sickness for this length of time before. It’s getting really annoying, and I’ve got a slightly jammed rib still from coughing so hard earlier on.
I can usually shake a cold in about a week or so without any antibiotics. Hate taking them because they wreck your gut. Then you gotta take probiotics to help with repair.
I suggest you go to your local natural food store and pick up NAC. It’s natural and acts as an expectorant and will get all that mucus out quickly. It’s a miracle worker. That along with oil of oregano! 🌿
Thankyou! I’ll try it out forsure⚡️
With multiple brands, what one would you suggest? nostr:npub1z4jjcjvcgzhet06jmr4e80aa6u6tjt2q7gwyawt5kyjwtxta2l9slv9uda
For NAC I use NAKA Premium however CanPrev is a really good brand as well. I suggest either or. Each capsule is 600mg and you only need 1-2 a day.
Thanks! 🙏🏻 🫂💜
You’re very welcome. It works quickly. As in if I felt tightness in my chest or feeling wheezy before bed, I pop one or two and in the morning I already have relief and all the mucus comes out and I’m back to normal. For a lingering chest cold, this gives relief and gets it out of your system fast.
Sounds promising 🤙🏼
It’s been my go to for years! Definitely something to keep in your arsenal!
Amazon delivery incoming 🤣
Nice!! I should have added Coldstorm to the list. It’s essentially liquid garlic. The kids can take it too. Tastes horrible but I always ask if they would rather taste something disgusting for a few seconds or be sick longer and they always take it! 😎

Here’s what the bottles look like.

For oil of oregano I like Joy of the Mountains. You can also get it in capsule form if you can’t handle the taste and burn of the oil of oregano but I prefer it in oil form with a bit of water under my tongue. Any brand is fine but you want to look for the highest percentage of carvacrol available. This one has 75-85% carvacrol.
