Perhaps not the best idea since that takes a father from his daughter, but 100% justified nonetheless. And, perhaps he walks, wouldnt be the first time. Would be hard pressed to get a jury to convict

More people need to understand jury nullification. We are not kept slaves. If a law is b.s. or the circumstances of a case are b.s. then that's why we have a jury of our peers.
