I think gab is working on a bitcoin integration, they should build a Nostr integration too

Have not heard about gab in ages
Will be hard to convince Torba. Gab was once a fork of Mastadon but the protocol couldn't handle the size well. Hope I'm wrong though.
Can somebody fill me in again on what Gab is ? Is it a social media platform , and if so , what is it doing that is different than Nostr ?
