In a new space station adventure, I have made my own #hojicha.
I had some #GreenTea that was fresh, not stale, and pleasant, but too cooling for what my body will tolerate in current cool temperatures.
I did a small test batch of pan roasting -- a stainless steel pan on medium, tossing the leaves, keeping a close eye and paying attention to the scent so they didn't burn.
The end result is delightful. It's a richer, warmer #tea that makes my body happy!
