I emailed the company to ask when they plan to accept #BTC payments with Square or Zaprite 😅

Definitely beats hand rolling.

A friend used to make pasta they'd sell at the farmers market, they moved away sadly.

You would not believe how horrible the hygiene is at most commercial pasta factories, you get piece of mind making your own or buying locally made pasta.

It was so easy and honestly pretty satisfying. Just adds an hour onto prep time

And if you make lasagna with it, you can just use the uncooked sheets, no need to screw around boiling the noodles beforehand.

so you just put it right into the pot? can you dry it for storage?

Yep, boiled for about a minute. If you don't use immediately then you can freeze it.

If only someone wrote those books! Wait.

Homemade pasta is so much better. I've been making it for years with the hand-crank variety I bought from an Italian grocery store where I live.

Now get the mockmill grain mill attachment for your stand mixer and grind your own seminola flour.

Looks like Mockmill brand is pretty pricey compared to some other brands on Amazon (no doubt because they're made in China, if I had to guess). Any experience with the other brands?

Dude we got a new kitchen aid mixer and broke it out, was thinking of getting a pasta maker as well just didn’t know what flour to use. Thx

Happy to be of service!
