Same. But tofu is fermented, thats where you get the good stuff from.

Other types of fabricated vegan Soy products is not healthy.

Ive been living in Japan.

There are some myths about soy being 100% bad food, but tofu contains alot of nutrients which is good for health. Another amazing soy product is Natto which contains nattokinase, which can dissolve blood clots.

There is an area in Japan famous people who live long lives. Guess what the centenarians eat loads of? Tofu.

Non fermented soy contains some nasty things. Thats not the case for tofu, shoyu or miso.

A certain cultural group however loves to reduce all the problems in the world to single things and are incapable of discerning nuance.

Traditionally fermented soy products exist because the older generation figured out how to make soy protein bioavailable. I am not sure about modern soyglop that comes in plastick packaging.

I eat tempeh and tofu for 15+ years. Good stuff.
