I mean, you don't have to watch it if you don't want to 🤣

I like Sad Guru. Its the guru-worship that surrounds him that I don't like. That lady on the stage with him displayed that.

Some distance from this needless mental suffering may help 🤙

I'd agree with you there. I like that she mentioned it right from the jump though, rather than be avoidant about it.

I like his ideas a lot, listening to his videos in the morning got me through grad school. I even bought the inner engineering program, even though I don't like spending money on spiritual stuff because shouldn't that stuff be free? 🤑 But I really enjoyed that program and incorporated the insights into my life, it was a huge help in not drowning in anxiety during 2020.

But idk if I'd ever freak out to just be in his presence like that 🤣 I'm not trying to be a thirsty bitch 🤣

If the spiritual stuff is correct, it should not be free. It should be very expensive. Problem is, in reality its usually the other way around.

Why do you think you should pay wall correct spiritual information 🤔

What could possibly be more valuable? And don't you want people to learn it? If the teachers aren't compensated, they won't teach. Then no one knows.

I think assuming profit motive on enlightenment becomes problematic 😅

I've had excellent teachers who I trusted even moreso because they schismed from their school on exactly this point, they were original students of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and left the Transcendental Meditation group because it was too expensive and would paywall the young folks who would benefit from it the most.

When I can I pay for things I see as beneficial, I do. But if it was set to an astronautical amount I would just pirate it. Indeed, I think people can teach from pirated material just fine too.

I think we're meant to be lowering our entropy, not just on an individual basis but on a collective basis. Part of that is spreading the messages of how to everyone, especially those impacted by chaos and confusion like poverty. I think it's cruel to prevent them from learning something that would bring them peace of mind just because they cannot afford a high tuition fee.

If you're motivated to pirate something, then I absolutely think you should. Both can be true at the same time.

"Since time immemorial, heaven has been taken by violence."

Ok 👍

Information is basically free to copy now. The publisher model is dying anyway. Subscribing for first access is a good model. Value adds are mandatory now.

Help services must deliver results. Only monopolies like the AMA charge inflated prices by corrupt deals with the government. Lawyers in most English speaking countries have monopoly restricted licencing to keep supply down and price up. Australia is one of the most full on countries with licences. They also deliberately limit workers access to the labor market for the same reason.

This is why I left. I was a black sheep and when they restrict who can work, with licences, taxes and with ubi to maintain a permanent underclass, whole generations, multiple generations get trapped in the welfare system.

So I haxed the tax system to get myself out of the country and when I needed a job, it was easy. 10 applications, 2 weeks. Job.

In Australia, 1000s of applications. A decade of trying. Nothing.

Anyhow, charities depend on donations and generally if the help is good, it's cheap. The Vipassana centers, for example. The intro course is free, and the monastic atmosphere was very conducive.

In our world, the good are mostly poor because evil connives, tricks, robs and kills, and then make you pay an arm and a leg, and most of those expensive things are cults.

I would argue that the good have what they need, if you're so good at the spiritual side you can probably manifest what you need in the form of donations or whatever. We don't really need much.

I think most hyper wealthy people are so far beyond satisfying their needs that it's disgusting.

they are pathetic. they are rejecting an offer of help in the recurrent destruction that rains down on this planet, every 12000 years.

their loss.

nothing they can do can take that away from us, who have accepted it, not even to kill us.

that's actually why our ancient ancestors and cousins left. they already knew that nothing the evil ones could do actually mattered.

what do i care if i live one life of suffering under their domination to wake up after it to a life free of them?

my indignation at the injustice is dissolving, into "ah, how could you be so stupid"

these psychotic loons are stupid. they even have access to the actual records that they burned everywhere after stashing it in their vaults. they know the FACTS of the imminent evacuation. yet they still orchestrate ever more misery, i mean, at some point, you watch a fool shooting himself in the foot over and over again and stop caring.

they will just sleep, forget, and be born as someone new, but i will always remember who i am forever, and not only that, it's gonna be at least 900 years before that happens. and a lot can happen in 900 years.

Wait what? Its still a thousand years off? Why are they all making bunkers in New Zealand and Hawaii?

lol. no, it's probably gonna happen in the next 15 years, at most, 25

What happens in 900 years? Me no understabanana.

The great harvest is already upon us 🤷‍♀️

You mean a harvest of... bad stuff... don't you?

no, not a flesh harvest. more likely, a rapture. the first fruits.

you don't harvest garbage, you harvest the product of your labors.

Idk my guides won't clarify they just say I'll be fed 🤷‍♀️

i honestly have no idea what's going on, except i am pretty sure that i'm being slow-motion unpersoned.

What, like a pet?

Or... Fed **_to something_** ?

yeah, some spooky shit happened to me today. a friend was going to visit, and i didn't get any messages from him, because i was busy making plans with my housemate for some shopping to do some upgrades to the house and other things (i'm gonna have a pull-up b ar installed in the garden tomorrow, and plant a lot of seeds for vegetables i'm gonna be growing soon.

but i specifically went out of my way to carry my phone with me, which i don't normally do. yes, at one point i noticed i had DND on, and i turned that off. but i still didn't get any messages that should have been delivered, the phone has been online all day, has two independent internet connections...

i simply hadn't gone up to my room and turned on my computer to check things, until 8pm, and then i see all these messages from a friend who had repeatedly tried to message me today.

so, last week, github shadowbanned me. https://github.com/mleku you can't see it. the account still exists, and i can use it. i had to make another account so i could continue to work on a repo that is private, on github. all my PRs disappeared. all of my non-git activity on the project is hidden, even from there.

there may be any number of explanations for it, of course, but something is off somehow.

i can't tell if this is a signal that someone has got some kind of thing going on that i should be concerned about, and even, i don't even feel like i have any fucks to give that something is amiss, it's just the wtf factor, which i know very well from past experience, is a red flag.

considering the topic, and especially after i wrote a thing yesterday about the mark of the beast, and my interpretation of the meaning of it, being unpersoned, and debanked, is a lot like what it describes.

having my github account suppressed from public view, is compounding on this

my phone was awake, and push notifications should have alerted me to the fact my friend was trying to message me.

it's been a bit of a shock, because i just hadn't bothered to go check my PC as i assumed that my phone would alert me. it didn't.

the broad zoom out picture i'm getting about the events of recent weeks is hinting at something that i'm not sure what it is. it's gonna take me a few sleeps to figure out a good response to this.

cos it's just weird. it's not alarming, it's just puzzling.

You recently talked about your project, which I thought was impressive (and still do) - could anyone have felt threatened by it in any way? Is it too much freedom, or would it disrupt someone's plans to monetize a product related to nostr?

Your github gives 404. If that happened at the same time as your phone going goofy, then something's up. Bad things come in 3s, but not two things simultaneously. The next thing that goes, after communications are hit, is likely physical safety. Or maybe I'm wrong, but its still better to be safe than sorry.

I noticed the same as an American. Outside the US, headhunters are basically busting down my door trying to find me a job. I could work as much or as little as I wanted, sometimes 3 jobs at a time but not because I needed the money.

In the US, getting a job is basically a miracle. The idiots that pass for economists will pretend they're being honest when they say in a sort of confiding voice on podcasts that people are working 3 jobs to get by, but that's false as fuck and obviously false as fuck to anyone with any capacity for critical thinking - there aren't that many jobs to be had. Job supply is kept constricted by licenses, the minimum wage, and welfare. That constriction is why we have every pseudo minority fighting to get/keep the laws that require employers to higher them. The effect now is that the state, in its wonderful good intentions to help certain people, has impoverished other people, and combined with the effects of inflation, we have a real life genocide playing out right now, but people are too fucking retarded to recognize that that's what's going on.
