so wanting things is bad

so we want to not want

but that means we still have expectations and wants

what does it mean to not want

to just be?

It’s okay to have desires, just don’t be ruled by them.

depends on the desires, no?

Yes, just be

you can just want things

“For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.”

Wanting things emmits that you lack something.

The universe amplifies what is emitted.

What you want is to emit you already have more than enough.

The universe then amplifies it and you have even more.

Focus on what you have, instead of what you dont.

To not want is to let go of clinging to outcomes and just exist in the moment, accepting what comes without chasing or resisting. It’s like chilling in the now, not stressing about what’s next.

but won't accepting things go against wanting and striving for more?

or can you have both?

You can strive for more while accepting what is. It’s about chasing goals without being chained to their outcome—work hard, but stay cool if things don’t pan out. Balance, not bondage. By the way, this is very difficult to achieve. I've tried and I can't do it completely.

think it comes down to this, james clear mentioned it in his book atomic habits
