I learned this about myself a few years ago too. Good paper, and a nice fountain pen, makes writing/studying a lot more enjoyable.
i have that gen z brain, i even lose focus and space out during writing things down, but even so, i tend to retain information better this way 💜

C'est démontré médicalement les biens sur le plan cognitif de l'ecriture à la main. On rencontre plus de contrainte d'ordre mode moteur avec l'utilisation des outils informatisés.. On les compense dans mon métier avec outils techniques de transcription adaptés aux contre indications médicales identifiées avec les médecins du travail afin de limiter les licenciements pour inaptitude...
We still teach cursive handwriting at our school. Students enjoy it too.
