Environmental concerns aside, they have a terrible mouth feel.
It’s honestly very strange how some people have chosen this as a subject to get upset about, I mean out of all the things happening in the world?
Maybe it’s a cocaine thing…
“Sure there’s wars, homeless people, terrible food, out of control inflation but messing with our straws? Fuck you man!!!!”.

Glass straws are way underrated. There's no additional taste of plastic.
Yeah theyre probably the best option. Not the most continuent tho.
