Definitely good. Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) can be very inexpensive, depending on which isle you buy it from. It's used in a bath for sore muscles, internally as a laxative, and in gardening as a fertilizing supplement for your plants.

We make out own electrolyte drinks with bulk magnesium. Much healthier than what the store provides.

It would be the same, since a magnesium supplement is one of the ingredients. Technically it's healthier, but that's because my witch adds other healthy ingredients to the concoction.
