sauna: legit health benefits or overhyped?

ive been doing 3 sessions of 10-15 minutes a day. i enjoy it but curious to hear what the wisdom of the internet has to say

I live in Vegas. I just step outside for 15-30min to experience the benefits, then take a cold shower for my cold plunge. Enjoy.
