- Basil (fresh)

- Spinach (Passed through boiling water)

- Avocado (fresh)

- Garlic (fresh)

- Cashews (not salty)

- Olive oil (Manzanillo olives is my favourite)

Tasty, healthy and vegan 🤌😁

Why do you Blanche the spinach?

I read a while ago that it is more nutritious that way and also tastes better.

Thank you for the insight, my wife is allergic to tree nuts, so I do a basil park garlic combo. I think I will have to get some spinach going in the fall.

Avocado 🥑 in pesto is weird. But I bookmark the recipe 😛.
