Truth is that you don't need a gym. Last time I was in the gym was 2019. Since then I lost over 20 lb in fat and gained muscle.

Dumbells and exercises with body mass every day that is all you need. Unless you are training for something specific.

Can confirm. Set up a garage gym in 2019 and haven't been to a commercial gym since. There are some great phone apps that program workouts for you too. I use Fitbod for bodybuilding-style workouts (2-3 times/week) and SmartWOD for crossfit-style workouts (1-2 times/week). Both allow you to select which equipment you have, including none if you want entirely body-weight workouts.
