More and more I'm thinking autoimmunity is actually just a high parasite/toxin load.

The immune system doesn't just attack on accident. That's the same type of junk science as obesity being genetic.

Biggest source of toxins? Vaccines.

Biggest source is food and water

heavy metals are everywhere

100%

I suspect junk food is the biggest source.

Definitely top 3.

I feel like a lot of it seems to come from living in more sterile environments which doesn't tone the immune system and then adding processed food and poison on top of it. One thing I noticed after starting practicing BJJ is that my immune system seemed to get alot stronger. I think it was a combination of regular exercise and contact with humans and all the germs that come with it. I remember when I took immunology in school the speculation at the time was allergies and autoimmunity issues may be related to low incidence of parasites from better sanitation and medicine. So because the immune system didn't have parasites to fight off it would start attacking itself. But very little concrete evidence to support the speculation.

if the cell is full of crap immune sys should it eat. also maybe parasites are there to clean up the toxins?

I think parasites build cloister nests that we call cancer.

yep those cells might be the most altruistic of ours. cancer cells might be hosting (and prisoning) the poisons

That would explain why killing the parasites seems to dissasseminate the cancers.

👆👆agree. At least for a majority of “cancers”

Some just get injected right into peoples bodies willingly.

Cancer also loves acidic environments. Keep an eye on PH levels & eat alkaline. IMO.

Vaccines administered to children at a time when their immune systems are still defining self and not self are particularly to blame for autoimmunity.

Their adjuvants provoke an immune response to something that has bypassed the natural front line defenses (e.g. bypassing skin via injection).

The toxins therein are mutagenic and carcinogenic.
