when a user creates a meme from template they shall be uploading either with nip96/blossom to the account associated with them. nostr build account is for housing the media templates themselves for use by plebs.

Does the relative persistence of the template files justify to use Blossom? I'm not into NIP 96 nor Blossom technically and the costs associated with either.
