weird, it has been working sometimes on smaller files but fails a lot every day on larger files

Can you logon to your acct? Do you see your recent uploads there?
May I please have the following info to be able to troubleshoot:
- File type
- Client (web, native app, web app, account page)
- Link to the sample file if possible, so I can reproduce the issue.
There is no limit on the file size when you have an account unless your account storage is full and you are redirected to free upload. There is a soft limit for f 10MB for images, but source can go as large as 30MB. Videos are limited to 15MB per file.
