That’s rad. Question, do you feel like you are deficient in anything? I dig the diet just curious if you need to supplement it in anyways?
Salt is the main one that I can tell so far. There have been days where I feel lightheaded and slightly dizzy. After reading more about salt, I made a conscious effort to heavily increase salt intake. I’m not having those moments as much anymore.
Aside from that I haven’t been taking supplements.
You should just try LMNT, and that sounds like you would be golden. It’s awesome to hear it’s working so well for you too
You have a camera in my pantry. That’s what I’ve been doing. LMNT (trying to get into the unsweetened, not quite there yet) and then also adding more salt to each meal.
Amazing and you’ll be able to enjoy your vacation that much more!! I find whenever I deviate a tad from carnivore with a “treat” that my body is quick to show me I’m not treating it well! Stay the course! 😎
