It's something that you have to feel your way into rather than think your way there.
Watts talks about it in terms of prickles & goo. If you zoom in, all you see is prickles but zoom out & the prickles are replaced by goo. They both exist simultaneously - it's prickles & goo, goo & prickles, all the way down.
Your index finger is not seperate from your hand or that thing that you call your body. The bee is not seperate from the flower, they both need each other to exist. We see a bee & we see a flower but in doing so, our senses trick us into believing that they are separate. Separation is the great illusion.

I don't fleeting like thatl. So... I rather doubt I'll be convinced via a non-logical ontology.
Your mind works best when it is connected to your heart.
The easiest way to sever that connection is to fill your mind with fear.
Explore your remaining fears & work at letting them go. This is not a judgement, I'm still doing this myself.
