Ima have to try this next year. I've always done fermented sauce with just peppers, but the char and other flavors sounds ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ

I donโ€™t get any of the lime juice flavor. Next time Iโ€™ll include the pulp and not just the juice
