We voluntarily ran a kids area the previous two years, which I think was hugely additive to the overall experience.

Moar kids, moar adults (wives, partners), moar ticket sales.

I did not attend even though my 5yo wanted to go. I'd have had to babysit all the time and paid for 2 adults.

She joined me last year and hadn't somebody lent her his wrist band I wouldn't have been able to even show her the main stage. She then fell asleep and I could watch the keynote with her in my arms.

You need to have a corner for kids minimum the size of the stage near the booths.

Basketball, Painting, a wall for coloring, quizzes, big Lego bricks made out of foam, kids mini stage interviewing adults and so on. I am sure AI can come up with good ideas.

That helps the parents to listen to talks and working at their booth.

I know you guys can make it happen and focus on it like because as already mentioned: that is our future

I attended last year and had hoped for my wife and 2 young children would come along on the sunday. I scoped out the "kids area" on the Saturday and it was very poor so they stayed away
