I used to do drugs (besides weed). I got sober from narcotics and alcohol when I was 19 and it wasn’t “easy”, but…

I’m on day 4 of absolutely 0 sugar and I can confirm that sugar is the most difficult drug to kick.

Wish I had dumped sugar much earlier in ife. At first was the toughest to kick I agree. I am on 7 years ZERO sugar now. No Booze working on 35 years. at first it sucked but now I would not live any other way.

I miss cake as well. Family rolls eyes at me on my bday when I do not eat the bday cake. Basically I embrace the suck. Your mileage may vary.🙂 👍 🫡 😉
