I remember feeling physically ill for over a week. Worse than quitting alcohol for sure. I still think quitting nicotine is more difficult, but that's it's own beast 😂

We need some sugars, but the typical diet is def taking in excess. Its probably not the best long term strategy, but its a good reset for your body. Am considering doing it again 🤔

My greatest victory was learning how to make my own good sauces, after that everything tastes good. Bechamel, wine reduction, a bone stock, and a good tomato sauce go a long way to be able to make anything taste good.

Pretty hard to go wrong with bechamel, white sauce. It's a good base to add any flavor you want to. Probably the one I start with the most.
It really depends on what you're cooking and what your tastes are though. Food isn't a one size fits all thing, it's very subjective.

“Pre heat” is when the ovens on bake & broil at the same time to get the temp up as quick as possible. You won't cook food you will char it at 180

When you reduce your sugar intake, you lose water weight, which can cause flu like symptoms. This is just high quality Gatorade without sugar. You won't know unless you try.
Ooo I see. So I’m not trying to lose any weight. Ideally, I would like to gain some. Sugar elimination is 100% for inflammation contributing to chronic pain. I would still be eating brownies for breakfast otherwise😂 I can still give it a shot 🤷♀️

Wish I had dumped sugar much earlier in ife. At first was the toughest to kick I agree. I am on 7 years ZERO sugar now. No Booze working on 35 years. at first it sucked but now I would not live any other way.
