I used to do drugs (besides weed). I got sober from narcotics and alcohol when I was 19 and it wasn’t “easy”, but…

I’m on day 4 of absolutely 0 sugar and I can confirm that sugar is the most difficult drug to kick.

This is true. I don’t eat sweets except on special occasions. Not because I don’t love sweets but because I love sweets too much and if I do I’ll awaken my inner sweet demon.
