Ketorade sparkling water:
1 qt sparkling water
2 tablespoon of lemon/lime juice
2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
40 drops or 1/2 tsp of Keto Chow
For 16oz bottle: 20 drops or 1/4 tsp
Ketorade water:
2 qt water
4 tablespoon of lemon/lime juice
4 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 tsp of Keto Chow
Place 2 qt jug in fridge. Serve with ice.

When you reduce your sugar intake, you lose water weight, which can cause flu like symptoms. This is just high quality Gatorade without sugar. You won't know unless you try.
Ooo I see. So I’m not trying to lose any weight. Ideally, I would like to gain some. Sugar elimination is 100% for inflammation contributing to chronic pain. I would still be eating brownies for breakfast otherwise😂 I can still give it a shot 🤷♀️
Losing water weight is not losing weight in my book. I am on keto for inflammation reasons too.
