I've been openly saying this for two years. I hate Shitcoins, but that's not the point of this. They could build their best Shitcoin app on Nostr without relying on Discord or Twitter. I won't use it, but them building it shows the versatility and openness of the protocol.

I don't think they exist. I know they're in a test phase on the BSV blockchain, but I doubt that they have been implemented on top of the real Bitcoin blockchain. If they had been, there would be a LOT more noise. So it's just a future dream.
