How do you add pics to this [insert word here for tweet]?
Depends on what client you're on. I'm using Amethyst on Android. There's a big button "upload image"

I guess this is just the Damus thing. On iOS
At Nostr.build you can upload images to then copy/paste the link. Tenor Gifs you can hold and copy the gif and then paste into the Nostr note.
I use amethyst aswell. I'm not tech savvy but enjoying using this.
