Sauerkraut. Just Cabbage and sea salt. I should definitely try the kimchi with the additional seasonings.
Yeah, I've made sauerkraut many times. Really easy to make and quite tasty.

Do you like it straight or added to other dishes?
I like it as a topping for tacos or tossed into some of our rice/meat dishes.
I typically ferment it for a month, so it's pretty strong on its own. I eat it as a side for my meat.
