there is only one possible solution for the situation i am currently in

i must do a 72h fast. i mean, from everything except water.

no food, no cigs, no alcohol, no coffee. nothing but water

this is crazy what i just did today.

there's no way that my liver is happy burning all that ethanol in a 12 hour period like this, this is not healthy. where is the parts of my liver that are doing normal cleaning stuff. surely i'm practically dead at this point. or going to have severe cirrhosis or something.

Sounds like fun

Yeah please don't overload yourself with alcohol. Water and electrolytes. Make yourself a ketoade

Get yourself some NAC too to support your liver 👀

maybe i need to do more than 72h

i did a 72h about a year ago. it was pretty amazing, my health improved dramatically.

just, no, water only. no food, no nothing. i want to see my intestines completely vacant. i'm gonna need to lay down a lot, also. i don't have a lot of responsibility right now. my code is solid, and release isn't until next friday. it's a perfect time to really go hard fasting.

i'm listening to my cat coughing again too, and i'm wondering, should i make him fast as well? he also has some immune shit going on. fasting does help reset the immune system.

well, i'm gonna see how he goes for 24h. he will have water but no food. i think probably he needs only 48 hours to completely void his digestive system, cats have a much shorter cycle. the reason for 72h for humans is that's how long it takes to have nothing in there at all at any stage in the process.

i mean, i know he needs some kind of immune reset also. it's not like it's so strange to felines to go with no food for 48 hours or even 72.

fuck it, i'm gonna do it. me and the cat. 3 days. we can't have food until friday morning.

Report back sir 👊

Did you try essential oils?

Probably a good call. One of the best ways to detox is to give your body a break and not put anything else in while it purges yeh toxins

Also you might consider eating a bunch of healthy saturated fats first and possibly some other supplementation to reduce acute poisoning effects

Maybe a bunch of bacon/steak and eggs then 72hrs of fasting?
