GM. Any golf today?
No golf today. New menu droo soon at the bar so we have a meeting. I also work tonight.
It would be a good golf day though, beautiful weather.
Good luck with the new menu. Has it been a while or do they change it up often?
We change it 4-5 times a year. Spring, summer, tiki, fall, and winter.
We just haven't recently due to scheduling and life events.
Its also hard to put out new creative drinks at a whim. It takes time to research and develop. You can really only do 3 variations of 1 drink a session before it all tastes the same ๐
I hear you. I spent a decade behind the bar and prided myself on coming up with new cocktails. I think I, along with some of my regular customers, enjoyed the R&D the most. Gotta have taste testers.
