How does Zwift work?
Like a virtual world for static at home cycling. V good for training - I’m currently preparing for an iron man and when the roads are busy or wet Zwift really helps. But it’s kind of a cult among cyclistsj

Yeah, w/kg is more telling. Either way 300 is big boy numbers. My last step test was in the neighborhood of 260.
I don’t have the trainer set right now, but summer is winding down, and should probably get set back up. I assume my best measure would be W/oz beer 📈
