Wife and I snapped all the beans we picked this morning and canned one batch of 7 quarts before the heat ran us indoors to the A/C. It was a hot one in the canning shop and this heat and recent rains have really made the beans kick into overdrive! Will get another 14 quarts from these. There will be more to pick in a few days.

I add 1/8 teaspoon of salt per jar.

I have always struggled with using up my goods. Thought maybe pitting spices in may help consumption ๐Ÿค”
