I didn't really follow it too well, but didn't CZ recently win some case with the US, and wasn't that supposed to likely lead to some returning of seized funds (a ton of BTC)?

Yeah good points, redistribution was always part of the plan. No one is ready for what happens when the sellers are satisfied and the money printer comes back full swing.
