I don’t trust anyone who can’t listen, change their minds, or compromise. Unfortunately, these people are becoming harder and harder to find.

Those people are scary and I’m meeting more and more of them.

Everyone needs to be right and it seems like many have forgotten how to defend their positions when criticized, instead of deflecting.

There should be grand rounds for everyone.
