this sounds nice. opensats felt too lone wolf for me. just kept having a hard time finding people to work together with. then the grant ended and i just have a ton of things people want from me and no motivation to re-apply or hope for the future.

I dont work well if i dont think I'm providing value. teams and vision fixes this.
