By that definition you can’t “take them” since you need both parties to recognize or even agree on these supposed obligations

No, you can't take them, you can only enforce them or violate them

"They" are really only one: property

Again, the right of property comes from the nature of man in the universe and the nature of interactions between persons

That’s just roundabout way of saying rights come from God, but sure. Anything else is by definition subjective and a matter of opinion.
