My in-laws make a raw milk washed rind cheese they call "Charloe." It's in the stinky cheese family, but very approachable. The rind on it looks very similar to your picture, more yellow, sometimes almost rust colored.
Uff yeah I'm blessed to be around this cheese guy he's a savant.
