IMHO multisig is unnecessary if you use cold storage.

Why would you give a third party access to your coins?
Do you have someone co-sign the checks you write?

I don't like parman's offering which is why I posted the screenshot...
But Multisig is an incredible tool & you stating otherwise is bogus as a generalization - maybe for a lot of people it's not worth it - but a lot of people wouldn't be holding Bitcoin at certain amounts without it.
Even if you have a cold storage. Your seed is stored somewhere no?
If you have tons of coins, a multisig is not a bad idea.
